KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Property, the property arm of Sunway Group, has unveiled Signature Campaign 2024, the third instalment of the campaign, with participating projects across the Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh and Penang, according to a press statement on Friday.
Last year, Sunway Property recorded RM1 billion in bookings for Signature Campaign 2023.
“This year’s campaign will feature bigger and more exciting deals, as we are also celebrating a significant milestone this year — Sunway Group’s 50th anniversary. Homebuyers can look forward to our four new Signature Homes, which will be launched across the Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh and Penang as part of the campaign,” said Sunway Property chief brand and marketing officer Gerard Yuen.
The four new Signature Homes are Sunway Velocity 3 in the Klang Valley, Sunway Aviana in Johor, Sunway Bayu in Ipoh and Sunway Wellesley in Penang.
The other 10 participating projects are Sunway Alishan, Sunway Artessa, Sunway Belfield, Sunway d’Hill, Sunway Flora, Jernih Residence and Sunway Serene in the Klang Valley; and Sunway Citrine Residences, Sunway Emerald Residence and Sunway Lenang Heights in Johor.
The Signature Homes are designed with Sunway Property’s SDDA (Sunway Design and Development Architecture) concept which incorporates sustainability, innovation, health and wellness as well as lifestyle and new experiences for the communities in the developments.
To run from March 18 to June 30, the campaign will feature deals such as free legal fees for sales and purchase agreements and loans, low downpayment and memorandum of transfer subsidy among others.
