KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Group’s property arm Sunway Property has introduced the second instalment of the Signature Series 2023 campaign, with a total of 18 projects in Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh and Penang.

“We’re thrilled to have unveiled the Signature Series 2023 campaign, which represents the culmination of years of hard work, research and design expertise. Each of the 18 Signature Homes showcases the very best of what Sunway Property has to offer, from stunning design to exceptional features and amenities,” said Sunway Property chief brand and marketing officer Gerard Yuen in a press statement.

The participating projects are Sunway Serene, Sunway Artessa, Sunway d’Hill, Sunway Velocity TWO, Sunway Belfield, Jernih Residence, Alishan Residences and Sunway Flora Residences in the Klang Valley.

In Johor, they include Sakura Residence, Sunway Citrine, Sunway Emerald Residences, Sunway Grid Residence, Sunway Lenang Heights and the upcoming Sunway Aviana. Also, Sunway Bayu and Sunway Onsen Suites in Ipoh as well as Sunway Dora in Penang are also on the list.

These projects are designed with Sunway Design & Development Architecture (SDDA) approach. SDDA is a hallmark of Sunway Property’s development process where it incorporates the highest standard of sustainability, innovation, health and wellness as well as lifestyle and new experiences to provide the demand of modern living and foster a sense of community.

To be run until June 30, the campaign will provide varying special deals for homebuyers according to each region.

These deals include cash savings and bonus, low down payment and subsidy on memorandum of transfer.
