2. Supporting anti-bribery and anti-corruption principles for in business dealings and interactions with Business Associates, Public Officials, and government agencies.
3. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the Bribery and Corruption failing which could cause significant risks to the organization.
4. Promoting the values of transparency and good corporate governance, encourage raising concern on the basis of a reasonable belief in confidence without fear of reprisal.
5. Setting up an independent anti-bribery function responsible for anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance in the organization with clear responsibility, authority, and accountability.
6. Committing to continual improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System
