Care+ Digital Booking Website FAQ
- Open the website
- Tap the top-right arrow -> Sign Up
- Enter all required details and tick mandatory checkboxes
- Tap Sign Up to complete
- Open the website
- Tap the top-right arrow -> Sign In
- Enter your email & password
- Log in → Click Book Now
- Select your development.
- Choose service (2-hour / 3-hour depending on development)
- Select date & timeslot
- Enter unit number correctly
- Expand menu → Follow QR code instructions → Upload QR code
- Tick all mandatory declarations
- Confirm Booking → Proceed payment
- Payment must be completed within 15 minutes after confirming the booking.
- If payment is not made, booking will be automatically cancelled.
- Payment methods available include cards, bank transfer, and e-wallet.
- Sunway Points are not supported.
- Log into your account
- Find your bookings
- Click Cancel
- State your cancellation reason
OR
- Find your booking confirmation email
- Click on the cancellation link
- Follow the instructions as prompted
- >48 hours before service:
Cancel via account or confirmation email → No fee.
- <48 hours before service, last minute cancellation:
Must contact Care+ team at +60198881093 to cancel the booking
50% cancellation fee applies.
The remaining 50% returned as service credit (valid 3 months).
- Log into your account
- Find your bookings
- Click Reschedule
- Pick your preferred available date and time
OR
- Find your booking confirmation email
- Click on the reschedule link
- Follow the instructions as prompted
- Free rescheduling only if >48 hours before service.
- Bookings made with loyalty rewards or service credits cannot be rescheduled.
You must cancel and rebook.
- Click on the Register For A Waiting List button on the date that you prefer
- The waiting list only registers for dates, not timeslot
- If a slot opens, you will be receiving an email from Care+ team notifying on that
- To withdraw your waiting list, go to Waiting List in your account and remove your entry
Tap the Account icon on top right → My profile → Edit Profile → Update details → Save.
Important:
To receive service credits and loyalty rewards, you must subscribe to:
- SMS
- Promotional email
- Tap the Account icon on top right → My profile → Edit Profile
- Untick the boxes for unsubscription of SMS & Promo Emails
- Issued when cancelling <48 hours before service
- You will receive an email with a unique code
- Valid for 3 months (non-extendable, non-transferable)
How to apply Care+ service credits?
Enter the code at checkout → Amount will be deducted
- Earn 1 point per RM1 spent
- Points will be credited to your account after the service is done
- Conversion:
- 1,000 points → RM10
- 2,000 points → RM20
- 5,000 points → RM50
- Points will be valid for 3 months
- Rewards used for booking cannot be returned if the booking is cancelled
- Head to the menu on the left side of the app, click on Gift Cards
- Click on Your Gift Cards to see your loyalty rewards
