About the Project
Sunway Property, in partnership with MRT Corp, is developing a landmark integrated mixed-use project adjacent to the upcoming Bukit Chagar Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link station in Johor Bahru. This development is part of the 4km RTS Link connecting Johor Bahru to Woodlands North in Singapore, designed to ease congestion and enhance cross-border connectivity.

Enhancing Cross-Border Connectivity
The RTS Link is expected to serve up to 10,000 passengers per hour in each direction, reducing travel time between Johor Bahru and Singapore to just 15 minutes.
Co-located customs, immigration, and quarantine facilities at both ends will streamline cross-border movement.
Promoting smoother daily commutes and strengthening economic ties.
A Strategic Collaboration
This development is a joint effort by MRT Corp and Sunway Property, witnessed by YB Anthony Loke Siew Fook, Malaysia’s Minister of Transport. Signatories included Datuk Mohd Zarif Hashim (CEO of MRT Corp) and Chong Sau Min (CEO of Sunway Property), with attendance by MRT Corp Chairman Tan Sri Bashir Ahmad and Sunway Group Chairman Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Sir Dr. Jeffrey Cheah.

MRT Corp
MRT Corporation (MRT Corp) is Malaysia’s project owner and developer for urban rail infrastructure.
