By registering for and attending the Farmer’s Market, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Check-In
   All visitors are required to sign up via the designated Life, Here website and complete the check-in process upon arrival before entering the Farmer’s Market. Entry may be denied to visitors who have not completed the required registration and check-in.
2. Event Entry
   Entry to the Farmer’s Market is free of charge. However, all purchases of products and services from individual vendors are subject to separate charges and pricing determined by the respective vendors.
3. Event Details
   Event dates, operating hours, activities, and vendor line-up are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Vendors & Products
   All products and services offered at the Farmer’s Market are provided and sold by the respective vendors. Sunway Property does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, availability, or claims relating to any third-party products or services.
5. Photography & Videography
   Photography, videography, and other forms of recording may be carried out during the event for marketing, promotional, publicity, and documentation purposes. By registering for and/or attending the event, visitors acknowledge and consent to being photographed or recorded and for such materials to be used by Sunway Property across its marketing and communication channels without further notice or compensation.
6. Weather & Venue
   The Farmer’s Market will proceed as scheduled in the event of rain, as the event venue and booths are covered. However, Sunway Property reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event if weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances pose a safety risk or affect the operation of the event.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation
   Sunway Property reserves the right to amend, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Farmer’s Market, in whole or in part, due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue availability, safety concerns, government directives, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Personal Belongings & Conduct
   Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the event. Sunway Property shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Visitors are also expected to conduct themselves appropriately and comply with all reasonable instructions given by event personnel.
9. Right of Admission
   Sunway Property reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission to any visitor who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or whose conduct may, in Sunway Property’s reasonable opinion, compromise the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other visitors.
10. Acceptance of Terms
    By completing the registration and check-in process and/or attending the Farmer’s Market, visitors are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
