Is Paces & Pastries open to everyone?
Yes! The run/walk is open to participants of all fitness levels. Whether you’re an experienced runner or prefer a leisurely walk, everyone is welcome to join.

Is there a registration fee?
No. Paces & Pastries is free to join.

Do I need to register?
Yes. All participants are required to register via the Life, Here website prior to the event.

What time is the flag-off?
The run/walk will flag off at 7:00 AM.

What happens after the run?
The fun continues after the run! Explore our Farmer’s Market, enjoy your favourite artisanal coffee, and stand a chance to win exciting gifts at our Lucky Draw.
