By registering for and participating in Paces & Pastries, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Check-In
   All participants are required to register via the Life, Here website and complete the check-in process upon arrival before participating in the run/walk. Only registered and checked-in participants may take part in the activity.
2. Event Entry
   Participation in Paces & Pastries is free of charge, unless otherwise stated. No registration fee is required to participate.
3. Event Details
   The event date, operating hours, flag-off time, route, activities, and programme details are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Participation at Own Risk
   Participants take part in the run/walk at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and able to participate. Sunway Property and its organising partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident sustained or arising from participation in the activity, except to the extent caused by their negligence or as otherwise required by law.
5. Photography & Videography
   Photography, videography, and other forms of recording may be carried out during the event for marketing, promotional, publicity, and documentation purposes. By registering for and/or attending the event, participants acknowledge and consent to being photographed or recorded and for such materials to be used by Sunway Property and/or its organising partners across their marketing and communication channels without further notice or compensation.
6. Weather & Safety
   The event may proceed in various weather conditions. However, Sunway Property reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the activity if weather conditions or other circumstances pose a safety risk to participants, event crew, or the public.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation
   Sunway Property reserves the right to amend, postpone, reschedule, or cancel Paces & Pastries, in whole or in part, due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, venue or route availability, safety concerns, government directives, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Personal Belongings
   Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the event. Sunway Property and its organising partners shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
9. Right of Admission & Participation
   Sunway Property reserves the right to refuse or withdraw participation from any individual who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or whose conduct may compromise the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other participants.
10. Acceptance of Terms
    By completing the registration and check-in process and/or participating in Paces & Pastries, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
