Indicative pricing for three-bedroom deluxe units (872 sq ft) starts from $1.389 million ($1,593 psf). The three-bedroom deluxe plus study units, ranging from 904 to 936 sq ft, are priced from $1.47 million ($1,626 psf) to $1.556 million ($1,662 psf). The three-bedroom luxury plus study units, measuring 947 and 958 sq ft, are priced from $1.55 million ($1,637 psf) and $1.57 million ($1,637 psf) respectively.
Four-bedroom deluxe plus study units (1,012 sq ft) start from $1.652 million ($1,632 psf), while the four-bedroom luxury plus study apartments (1,195 sq ft) are priced from $1.898 million ($1,588 psf).

Over the past 14 years, Hoi Hup and Sunway have collaborated on seven EC projects, including Otto Place. Their first EC was the 574-unit Arc at Tampines, launched in 2011.
Their second EC, Hundred Palms Residences in Yio Chu Kang, was sold out within seven hours on launch day in July 2017. It has since become the most successful EC in terms of resale performance, with 15 resale units achieving gains of at least $1 million each.
