Sunway Property debuts with a green high-rise project in Bukit Jalil

Sunway Flora Residences is projected to have a gross development value of RM723 million.

PETALING JAYA: Developer Sunway Property has unveiled Sunway Flora Residences, its first residential project in Bukit Jalil, Selangor.

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM723 million, this high-rise project is also its first GreenRE residential development in the township.

Sunway Flora Residences is based on the Sunway Design & Development Architecture (SDDA) which encourages the Sunway community to live healthier, more sustainable, and holistic lifestyles.

Focused on sustainability, Sunway Flora is a GreenRE Platinum development designed with energy and water efficiency in mind, it said in a statement.

The developer said reduced carbon emissions are at the core of the design thinking. Further considerations to environmental protection include green features to be integrated in the design and construction stage.

EV charging bays

Residents will also be supported in their transition towards the green economy. They will be able to charge their electric vehicles there as EV charging bays have been incorporated within the multi-level parking zones, the company said.

The apartment is strategically located with the Muhibbah LRT station and Pavillion Bukit Jalil located in its immediate vicinity.

The developer will be hosting the opening of Sunway Flora’s sales gallery in Bukit Jalil on the last weekend of February, and visitors can view the show units and obtain exclusive pre-launch vouchers.

Central region senior executive director Chong Sau Min said the group had earmarked Bukit Jalil as a location suited for a top-notch integrated development.

“It is one of the most highly sought after addresses with its 80-acre recreational park within the vicinity and its proximity to a world-class sports complex,” he said.

To support residents’ health and wellness goals, Sunway Property has designed 4.3 acres of facilities which span three levels. It has also invested in building a secure covered walkway to connect the development to the Muhibbah LRT station, 700m away.

Buyers of Sunway Flora Residences will automatically become a member of Sunway Property Pals+ (SPP+), an after-care service Sunway Property provides to homeowners, sub-sale owners, and tenants.
