The Railway Assets Corporation (RAC) is a statutory body under the Ministry of Transport, established in 1992 under the Railways Act 1991. RAC is entrusted with managing and transforming Malaysia’s railway lands and infrastructure into sustainable, revenue-generating assets that drive national development. By unlocking the potential of strategic rail corridors and properties, RAC plays a key role in shaping vibrant, connected communities. Its work supports modern mobility, fosters economic growth, and ensures the long-term value of the country’s rail ecosystem.
