The “SHARE YOUR PERSONALITY” Contest is organized by Sunway Property. The contest period is from 3 October 2025 to 30 November 2025. The deadline for submission is 11:59pm, 30 November 2025. Late entries will not be accepted. Sunway Property reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the contest period at its discretion, with prior notice given to participants through official communication channels.

This contest is open to all nationalities residing in Malaysia above the age of 18. Individuals below the age of 18 may participate through their guardian who shall be responsible for the entry and bound by these terms and conditions. Employees of Sunway Group and its subsidiaries, including Sunway Property, are also eligible to participate in this contest. By entering, participants warrant that all submissions are their original work, do not infringe on the rights of any third party, and indemnify Sunway Property against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement or disputes related to the submissions.

Participants must share their results on Facebook or Instagram, either as a post or a story, together with a caption stating why they are excited about The Plus Side. Failure to do so will render the entry incomplete and disqualified.

All entries must be submitted via a Facebook or Instagram post or story, with a caption explaining why the participant is excited about The Plus Side. Participants must tag @SunwayProperty, tag at least two (2) friends, and include the hashtag #ThePlusSide in their caption. The participant’s social media account must be set to public for the entry to be visible and valid. Each individual is allowed to submit one entry. If multiple entries are posted, only one entry will be considered for the final judging.

By participating, entrants agree that Sunway Property may use, reproduce, and publish their names, social media handles, and submitted comments for the purposes of winner announcements, promotional activities related to the contest, and future marketing communications, without further notice or compensation.

There will be a total of forty-one (41) winners:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items. Sunway Property reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Winners will be required to arrange for prize collection in person at the designated Sunway Property Sales Gallery or via postage. All prizes must be collected or redeemed within thirty (30) days of the winner announcement, failing which the prize will be forfeited without compensation. Sunway Property will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the winners, including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs.

The judging of the prize winner will be conducted by the Sunway Property team, whose decisions are final and binding. Judging criteria for the prize winner will include Idea, Creativity, Originality and Relevance in interpreting the theme. Winners and runners-up will be announced on 23 December 2025, via Sunway Property’s official Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts (and/or any other social media channels owned by Sunway Property). Sunway Property reserves the right not to award prizes if entries do not meet the required standards of quality or compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified without prior notice. Sunway Property reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, plagiarized, fraudulent, or contrary to the contest’s ethos. This includes, but is not limited to, content that violates intellectual property laws, misrepresents reality, or is submitted by unauthorized means.

We will collect personal data about you (and your parent/guardian, where applicable) at the time of registration, and as otherwise necessary to administer the contest, exhibitions, and all associated activities. Your information will not be shared with any third parties without your consent, unless as required for contest administration purposes.

By entering this contest, you agree to be subscribed to Sunway Property’s Marketing and Promotional services. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the email.

Sunway Property reserves the right to amend, change or to withdraw the contest and its prizes at any time or to terminate the contest as and when necessary, without prior notice. Such amendments or modifications will take effect from the date they are published on Sunway Property’s official website or social media channels.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Sunway Property’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, Sunway Property reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest without liability. Participants acknowledge and agree that Sunway Property will not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from such amendments or termination.
