In 50 years, I see Sunway Property evolving beyond a property developer into a fully integrated ecosystem architect, designing intelligent, sustainable, and secure communities. I believe townships will be powered by predictive technologies, integrated command centres, carbon-neutral infrastructure and governance models that align with national standards.
