In 50 years, I see Sunway Property evolving from a traditional developer into a long-term city builder. Instead of only selling houses, it will focus on creating fully integrated townships with homes, malls, schools, hospitals, and offices which similar to Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, but more sustainable and technology-driven.
